Over 15 National and International awards of Retail Design won in the last 3 years, first Italian designer to win the Global POPAI Award and the 44th International Store Design Awards. He wrote for different specialized magazines and he is one of the author of the book “Retail Design e Marketing“ (FrancoAngeli editore). For Grottini he has designed Inspirational Hub, DS Group Digital Boutique, Dr Fleming Health&Pharmacy, U-BOAT Watch Boutique, Pirelli Tires, Tonino Lamborghini, New Balance Store, and many more. He is now collaborating with DESITA.




Graduated in modern languages (English and French) and specialized in international marketing and communication (two master’s degree) Roberto is son of one of the most well-known Italian gelato maker. He worked as a trainer for the most important Italian professional Gelato schools since 2001 (Carpigiani Gelato University, Università dei Sapori of Perugia, GelAteneo, Libero Istituto dell’Arte Gelatiera, Gelato School and others) for the Italian market and worldwide. He is a founding member and President of the Association “Gelatieri per il Gelato”, a group of excellent Gelato Masters. During the last 16 years he conducted seminars and courses in several countries all over the world and he worked for the opening of hundreds gelaterias in Italy and abroad. He worked on new gelato concepts as: The Icecreamists, Cioccolatitaliani and Gaya Gelato.




The pastry Chef fashion designer, considered a real enfant prodige of the pastry art. From 1996 on, at the age of 19, he can boast an outstanding succession of Awards of national and international level: from the Italian Pastry Championship, to the first prize in tasting in the world championships UIPCG. From the title as World Champion Gelato Maker to the prize for the best dessert during WTCP. In 2014 he is elected Pastry Chef of the year during the 20th AMPI Symposium and become part of the Relais Dessert, the prestigious French Association. He won France’s Mondial des Arts Sucrés and he is a Juryman for RAI2 TV prime time talent show dedicated to bakery “IL PIU’ GRANDE PASTICCERE”. He launched a new store concept that combine pastry, chocolate, gelato and coffee in a luxury setting.





Graduate with a degree in Philosophy at La Sapienza University and specialized in Journalism at Luiss, has been coordinating since 2006 the site Food & Wine of the Group Espresso-Repubblica; she writes for Guida I ristoranti d’Italia of Espresso, collaborates with several Italian and international magazines on topics of food and wine. She is panel leader for Italy of the international jury which annually ranks the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Over the years, her passions have turned into real specializations in specific areas of food: pizza in particular (she teaches at the Università della Pizza -University of Pizza), Pasta (subject of the book she is writing) and Gelato (she is often member of juries for gelato competitions). She coordinates and leads food and wine events like the ‘Identità di pasta’ – Identity of pasta – and ICWC, the Gelato World Cup.




For the web she is Amarituda – Structural Engineer by profession with a passion for food bloggers. Expert “user experience” with reference to products and services, through her blog “Only for Gusto” Amarituda has established an important contact point between cooking enthusiasts and food industries. She is also a committed judge in gastronomic competitions and a consultant, both for small craft businesses as well as for large food corporates.
